Bonus Star!

I traced a design on a piece of paper and scanned it to my computer to trace it and colored it on pixlr. Then I printed out my design six times and pasted it to a canvas and cut a star out of construction paper. This piece is inspired by my piece “soul of grim” which follows the prompt of duplicate using my prints from printmaking of a skull. I wanted to make another piece similar to this one to shed the spotlight on another element that’s prominent in my works. I wanted to make this piece so that way the first piece I made can actually fall within my sustained investigation. This piece on it’s own is another element of self expression, how you can get repeated joy from the things you like without fail.
